Erica Weiss has lived in Conesville for 3 years after a ten-year career in wine in Colorado and New York City. She and her husband Brian have started a company Weiss Ferments, providing NY grain-based beer and bread to the northern Catskill mountains. She believes in building community through finding common ground and listening with open ears to each other. An active member in the well-being of Conesville, she is the secretary of the Conesville Historical Society and the deputy clerk for the town.
